We chose Nutralys Pea Protein as the main ingredient as it has high solubility with water, excellent neutral taste and offers all 9 essential amino acids which also makes it a complete protein source.
We’ve added some fibre in the form of inulin – extracted from chicory root – and an exceptional natural vanilla flavouring for taste. And to give it just enough, but not too much sweetness – we’ve added a small amount of stevia too.
